1. How do I place an order for a Poker Table?
Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail to start the process. We will walk you through our different options to ensure you get what YOU want. Once you've chosen your table, colors and options, a 50% deposit is required before we can begin crafting your new table. This covers the cost of the materials for your table from our suppliers.

2. I'm looking for a different sized table than you offer and other options I don't see here. What can you do for me?
We can build just about any size table, just provide us with the specifications and we'll see what we can do (we like 'special projects' so bring-it-on! ). If your looking for a table accessory that you don't see in our "OPTIONS" section, contact us and we will see if we can find it.

3. How do you receive payment?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal, as well as cash, money order, certified check and personal checks (please allow 3-5 business days to clear).

4. Do you offer a Guarantee?
We guarantee that you will be happy with the craftsmanship and quality of your new table from Detroit Poker Tables LLC. If you are not completely satisfied at the time of delivery, we will work with you to make it right. We value our customers, and we want you telling your friends about the great product and experience you had with Detroit Poker Tables LLC!

5. How long until I will receive my table?
The average wait is 4-6 weeks after you place your order to allow for gathering materials, preparation and production. If you need a table sooner than that, we occasionally have pre-built tables ready-to-go. Contact us for more details.

6. Do you offer discounts for multiple table orders?
You bet! Contact us for more details.

7. Will you deliver?
We will deliver within 50 Miles for $75.00. Of course, you can pick it up free of charge.

8. What is the difference between one of your tables and the $250 dollar version I see on
E-bay?

Quality craftsmanship, quality materials and Durability. You can actually tell the difference at a glance. No custom table manufacturer can offer a table built with quality materials for that kind of money. The cheap tables will probably only last a handful of games before you start having problems. The bottom line here is that they just don't come close to the quality look, feel and longevity of a custom hand-built table.
